Moon Lighting

This method provides the type of light that would most closely represent natural lighting by producing shadows on open spaces, or the shadowing on the ground that takes place as the light filters through the branch structures of a tree mounted fixture.

Silhouette Lighting

Used when you are interested in emphasizing the unique branch structures of trees or plant material in a subtle, yet elegant manor.  This method is a good way of defining the shape of an object on a vertical surface in a three dimensional way while not showing texture or color.

The opposite of silhouetting, this technique will accentuate the texture and color  of a tree or plant while casting a shadow on a vertical surface.  The less dense the object of interest, the greater the impact of shadowing.
