I just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for a job well done. From the initial sales presentation, through the installation process, your employees were, without a doubt, some of the most responsible, courteous, and conscientious people I have ever met.

As a side note, Creative Exteriors was the only company out of three contractors that promptly responded to my call for an irrigation quote. In fact, your system is already installed and as of this letter, I still have not received their estimates. I can only wonder how long it would have taken the others to respond had I chosen the if I needed some service on my system. Your company is in a class all by itself - First Class.
