We are seeing Yellow Nutsedge in lawns this summer. Give us a call and
we can treat this problem. It is also a good time to think about getting
scheduled for fall aeration and seeding. We start scheduling for this
around Labor Day.

Who We Are
Because of my love for the outdoors, I started a
business mowing yards in a trailer park in Springfield, MO at the age of
9 - thinking I would help put my dad through college. Since I had gained
all this experience in running a business, I decided to branch out at
the age of 16 and really form my own business. I called it DAY/NIGHT
snow plowing and worked hard that winter to take good care of my
customers and pay off my newly purchased Jeep and snow plow. Some 37
years later, my family still gets calls during the winter to see if I
will plow their driveway. It just goes to show you how valuable it is to
take care of your customers if you want to keep them coming back.
During the summers, I would work for one of the local landscapers doing
maintenance work and installations. I learned valuable lessons from
those early years, both from my parents and those people who employed
me. If you would, please take a minute and read "Ideals We Believe In"
to see how those core values translate to you as a potential customer.
In the late 70's, I met my wife and we married shortly thereafter. While
married, I completed college and earned my Bachelor's degree in
Aeronautics with a minor in business. In the mid 80's, I ventured in to
a business that I built from the ground up that was a design/build firm
specializing in irrigation, lighting and landscape. I sold that business
in the Carolina's in the mid 90's and moved to the Harrisburg area
shortly thereafter.
Creative Exteriors was formed a year after our move and predominatly
specialized in lawn irrigation systems and low voltage lighting. One of
the greatest guys in the world, Matt Josselyn, came to work with
Creative Exteriors shortly after I started the business and has been one
of the largest reasons for its' success.
During the turn of the century, Todd Peachey (another great guy) and
myself formed a corporation called "Peachey Landscaping" and I worked
hand-in-hand with both companies, looking toward eventually combining
them both and thus enjoying the synergies it would create. Both
companies' strong points were high levels of customer satisfaction.
Matt, Todd and I are now partners under Creative Exteriors, Inc. and we
have a great 17 acre complex that includes an incredible outdoor
showroom, a bulk mulch and stone facility along with several trees that
our customers love to pick from. We have been the service provider for
"The Home Depot" for over 5 years now and we are in over 80 stores in
PA, MD, DE, and WV and were picked because of our "high levels of
customer satisfaction".
I would look forward to, given the opportunity, making you another
satisfied customer.
Why don't you give us a try? Some say they use us because of what we "don't
do". Call me and I will explain.
